At ADM Aerial Photography, safety and quality are my top priority. As my services rely heavily on weather conditions, particularly for drone operations, this policy outlines how weather-related disruptions are handled.
1. Weather Assessment
Weather conditions are monitored closely in the lead-up to all bookings. This includes:
• Wind speed and gusts
• Rain and precipitation
• Visibility and cloud cover
• Local aviation/weather restrictions
If conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable, the session may be postponed.
2. Drone-Specific Restrictions
Drone flights are subject to strict safety regulations and governed by safety guidelines. For this reason I will not operate drones in the following conditions:
• Rain or heavy moisture
• High winds (typically above safe operating limits)
• Poor visibility or fog
• Conditions that breach aviation safety guidelines
If drone footage is a key part of your booking, this may affect the outcome of the session. In this case I will work with you to reschedule another time or date.
3. Postponements & Rescheduling
If weather conditions prevent the session from going ahead, I will work with you to find a suitable date and this can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
4. Client-Initiated Changes
If you choose to postpone due to weather concerns. I will ask you to please provide me with at least 24 hours notice where possible. I will do my best to accommodate a new date.
5. On-the-Day Decisions
If the weather changes on the day, I may need to pause, adjust or reschedule you're session to keep things safe and ensure the best results. I will always keep you informed and work with you for the best outcome.
6. No Liability for Weather Conditions
While I strive to deliver the highest quality results, I cannot guarantee specific weather conditions (e.g., sunshine, skies, lighting). Natural conditions are outside of my control. However I will always work with you to get the best possible results.
